Creditors' Rights Attorney — Anchorage

Landye Bennett Blumstein LLP is seeking an experienced Creditors' Rights Attorney to join our respected Anchorage office. This position focuses on creditors' rights, collections, debt recovery, and bankruptcy matters.
Responsibilities
- Advise clients on debtor insolvency, workouts and loan modifications
- Represent clients in debt recovery and bankruptcy proceedings
- Prepare and file proofs of claim, writs of attachment, garnishments
- Handle motion practice and court appearances
- Negotiate settlements and guide strategic resolution of claims
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
- Admission to the Alaska Bar, or eligibility to waive in
- 4+ years relevant experience (collections, creditor representation, or bankruptcy preferred)
